Kitchen

- Cabinet fronts washed or dusted
- Countertops and backsplashes cleaned (all items remove then replace)
- Exterior of appliances cleaned (oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, stove top)
- Small appliances wiped
- Dishes washed (please set up a procedure with your local office)
- Sinks scrubbed and disinfected
- Wash or dust table and chairs
- Fingerprints removed from all woodwork, door frames and switch plates
- Door handles cleaned
- Trash emptied
- Vacuum and /or wash floors
- Windowsills wiped down
- Baseboards dusted or wiped

Bedrooms

- Beds made with Linens changed (if left out - notify office)
- Light, general straightening completed
- All areas dusted - on top, on front and underneath (all items removed and replaced - more time may be required if there are lots of nicknacks)
- Picture frames dusted
- Mirrors cleaned
- Lampshades wiped down or dusted
- Trash emptied
- Carpets vacuumed
- Vacuum under bed (if accessible)
- Fingerprints washed from all woodwork, door frames and switch plates
- Door handles cleaned
- Windowsills wiped down
- Baseboards dusted or wiped

Other Living Areas, including Hallways and Stairs

- Upholstered furniture vacuumed
- Cushions and pillows fluffed and straightened
- Light, general straightening completed
- All areas dusted - on top, on front and underneath (all items removed and replaced - more time may be required if there are lots of nicknacks)
- Picture frames dusted
- Lamp shades wiped down or dusted
- Glass tables cleaned
- Carpeted floors vacuumed
- Hardwood or tile floors damp-mopped
- Fingerprints wiped from all woodwork, door frames and switch plates
- Door handles cleaned
- Windowsills wiped down
- Baseboards dusted and cobwebs removed
